Approval before work begins
For custom work, we may ask you to confirm details such as spelling, dates, colors, layout direction, quantity, pickup, shipping, or event timing. Beard3D Creations is not responsible for errors in customer-approved names, dates, wording, or files.
Payments
Some custom orders may require payment or a deposit before work begins. Payment timing, accepted payment methods, and any deposit terms will be confirmed directly with you during the order process.
Customer-provided content
When you send names, photos, logos, artwork, files, or inspiration, you confirm that you have the right to use them for the requested project. We may decline requests that involve content we cannot reasonably reproduce or that appears unlawful, misleading, hateful, or infringing.
Handmade and custom variation
Custom pieces may have small natural variations in color, finish, placement, texture, or appearance. We do our best to represent work clearly, but custom items are not mass-produced goods.
Cancellations and changes
Changes or cancellations are easiest before work begins. Once materials have been ordered, design work has started, or production has begun, changes may affect price, timeline, or refund eligibility.
Returns and refunds
Because many orders are personalized or made for a specific customer, custom items are generally not returnable unless there is a clear issue with the order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review it with you.
